The Opportunity This is a hunter-focused role for someone who knows how to get in front of decision-makers, build new relationships, and close deals. You’ll have the freedom to control your own income with salary + uncapped commission as an independent contractor , backed by a respected, established company. If you have recruiting experience — especially in construction — and 1–2 years of sales experience, this is a perfect chance to be in control of your financial destiny .

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of recruiting experience preferred (construction a plus)
  • Minimum of 1–2 years in sales or business development
  • True hunter mentality — you proactively seek out new opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated to grow your own book of business
  • Confident engaging with decision-makers and closing deals
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent environment

Responsibilities
