About The Position

The Sales Recruiting Manager will lead and scale the recruiting strategy for our residential sales organization. This role is responsible for building high-performing recruiting teams, driving pipeline volume and quality, optimizing conversion metrics, and ensuring we consistently hire top-tier sales talent across multiple markets. This leader must understand high-velocity sales recruiting, commission-based environments, and performance-driven cultures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years leading a recruiting team
  • Proven experience hiring commission-based sales professionals
  • Strong understanding of high-volume, high-velocity recruiting environments
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking funnel KPIs
  • Ability to influence senior sales leadership

  • Experience in solar, home services, or direct sales preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national recruiting strategies for door-to-door and in-home solar sales roles
  • Forecast hiring needs in partnership with sales leadership
  • Drive pipeline generation through sourcing, events, referrals, and digital channels
  • Maintain strong offer-to-show and show-to-start ratios
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales recruiters and sourcers
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly activity and hiring goals
  • Conduct performance reviews and continuous training
  • Build a metrics-driven, competitive recruiting culture
  • Own recruiting funnel metrics (speed to interview, interview-to-offer, offer acceptance, time-to-start)
  • Improve recruiting workflows, interview calibration, and hiring manager alignment
  • Ensure candidate experience reflects Momentum Solar’s high-performance brand
  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers and Directors
  • Act as a talent advisor on market competitiveness, compensation, and candidate objections
  • Use data to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning
