Technical Policy and Risk Analyst II

IDS tailors solutions for a diverse range of government, military, nonprofit, and public-sector clients. This position is contingent upon contract award. Prepares, coordinates, and tracks responses to technical security risk decisions and policy interpretation requests from posts. Researches technology impacts, assists in updating technical security policies, and participates in working groups to develop mitigation strategies. Applies the DS Risk Management Framework and OSPB policies in support of Department operations.
Requirements
- Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with IC/OSPB standards; strong collaboration and writing skills.
- Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and track risk decision responses and exception packages.
- Research emerging technologies; recommend countermeasures and SOP updates.
- Apply DS Risk Management Framework and OSPB standards.
- Support data collection, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition.
