Prepares, coordinates, and tracks responses to technical security risk decisions and policy interpretation requests from posts. Researches technology impacts, assists in updating technical security policies, and participates in working groups to develop mitigation strategies. Applies the DS Risk Management Framework and OSPB policies in support of Department operations.

Requirements

• Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IC/OSPB standards; strong collaboration and writing skills.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

• Prepare and track risk decision responses and exception packages.
• Research emerging technologies; recommend countermeasures and SOP updates.
• Apply DS Risk Management Framework and OSPB standards.
• Support data collection, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition.
