You will conduct routine patrols across buildings and grounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance with clear communication and customer service. Requirements

• Have 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Possess proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal site-specific procedures, access requirements, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting, documenting, and escalating concerns per site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and potential security-related concerns.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or badge procedures, and directing individuals to appropriate locations.
• Complete written and/or electronic reports such as daily activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
