As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution location, you will welcome employees and visitors, manage access and badges, monitor alarms and cameras, and document incidents and requests with clear communication. You will be a visible, customer focused presence that helps to deter security-related issues while supporting a caring culture. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including greeting and directing employees, members, vendors, and visitors.
  • Control access to the location by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials, managing visitor sign-in and sign-out, and maintaining access logs.
  • Monitor security-related systems and front lobby activity, report suspicious or unusual activity, and document observations according to post orders.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts and coordinating emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Assist with administrative front desk tasks tied to security-related operations, such as receiving deliveries, managing lost and found items, and supporting coordination with building management and/or client representatives.
