Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an auto-related location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, and document visitor, vendor, and vehicle activity in accordance with post orders.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, gate areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Help to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence and reporting security-related concerns promptly.
