You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to reduce security-related incidents, and assist staff and visitors with professional customer service. You will document observations using site technology, communicate clearly with your team, and act with integrity while supporting an agile, reliable, and innovative culture that puts people first.

Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or public services when required.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of park grounds, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
  • Monitor access points and public areas, address policy-related concerns, and document observations while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate key information during shift turnovers, and support special events with traffic and crowd guidance as directed by site leadership.
