As a Security Officer - Reception Desk in Oklahoma City, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech, media, and telecom location as a Front Desk Officer, serving as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors. You will manage access control, greet and direct visitors, monitor lobby activity and/or cameras, and document security-related incidents with clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at a front desk in a tech and/or media office location by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal post orders.
Control access by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to approved destinations.
Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and communication channels for security-related concerns, and report irregular activity according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including requesting assistance and initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
Maintain detailed logs and complete required reports, including visitor entries, incident documentation, and shift handoff notes for the next officer.
