Job Description As a Security Officer - Site Rounds in Swiftwater, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and support staff and visitors with outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

• Have 1+ years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and/or staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and key areas during patrols, assisting with visitor direction, badge and/or credential checks as assigned, and reporting maintenance or environmental concerns to the appropriate contact.
• Complete required reports, logs, and shift turnovers, communicating notable activity to site representatives and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
