About The Position

At JetBlue, our mission is to inspire humanity, and the People Data Insights team advances that mission by translating people data into insights that guide talent strategy and improve outcomes such as retention, mobility, performance, and the overall Crewmember experience. The Senior Analyst, Crewmember Listening, owns JetBlue’s enterprise listening strategy and survey portfolio. This role leads the design, administration, analysis, and evolution of key People surveys, including engagement, safety, candidate experience, onboarding, and exit, often in close partnership with People Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders. Leveraging expertise in research methodology, analytics, and applied psychology, the Senior Analyst conducts rigorous analyses and linkage research to connect listening data with business outcomes. In partnership with the broader People Data Insights team, this role delivers clear, data-driven insights that enable leaders to make informed decisions, strengthen the Crewmember experience, and drive business results. This role requires strong collaboration across levels of the organization, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for using data to influence strategy and change. The Senior Analyst is also expected to continuously build expertise in new tools, technologies, and subject areas to advance JetBlue’s listening capabilities.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • At least three (3) years analytical (or related) experience.
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
  • Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Spotfire.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead JetBlue’s company-wide Crewmember listening programs (e.g., engagement, safety, candidate experience, onboarding, exit).
  • Design, administer, and continuously improve surveys to ensure methodological rigor and relevance.
  • Conduct advanced analyses and linkage research connecting listening data with business outcomes.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to leaders at all levels.
  • Other duties as assigned.
