About The Position

As part of the product management team, you will be supporting a team of product managers working across a vast array of products comprising of some of the most advanced avionics solutions in the world.

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Demonstrated experience summarizing, interpreting, and presenting large and complex data sets
Experience working in Excel, pivot tables, Excel charts

Nice To Haves

Experience using Excel macros, PowerBI, SAP, Python, or VBA
Strength in interpersonal and presentation skills.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written.
Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop, compile, and deliver a variety of analytical reports—including financial, obsolescence, and operational summaries to support strategic decision‑making across the organization.
Understand data sources and implement improvements to streamline data gathering, validation, and reporting workflows.
Evaluate existing reporting tools and methods to identify opportunities for automation, enhanced accuracy, and improved data visualization.
Work with product managers closely to ensure data is accurate and complete.
Work with external organizations to promptly investigate and resolving discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs, refine data requirements, and ensure that delivered reports meet business expectations.
Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data definitions, and quality standards to support transparency and repeatability.
