About The Position

As part of the product management team, you will be supporting a team of product managers working across a vast array of products comprising of some of the most advanced avionics solutions in the world.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience summarizing, interpreting, and presenting large and complex data sets
  • Experience working in Excel, pivot tables, Excel charts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Excel macros, PowerBI, SAP, Python, or VBA
  • Strength in interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, compile, and deliver a variety of analytical reports—including financial, obsolescence, and operational summaries to support strategic decision‑making across the organization.
  • Understand data sources and implement improvements to streamline data gathering, validation, and reporting workflows.
  • Evaluate existing reporting tools and methods to identify opportunities for automation, enhanced accuracy, and improved data visualization.
  • Work with product managers closely to ensure data is accurate and complete.
  • Work with external organizations to promptly investigate and resolving discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs, refine data requirements, and ensure that delivered reports meet business expectations.
  • Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data definitions, and quality standards to support transparency and repeatability.
