Marketing Department The Marketing team is responsible for Vantage’s brand, identity and positioning in the global marketplace. The department further leads public and analyst relations to ensure constituents are educated on Vantage’s products, services and markets. The team partners with sales, new site development, construction, finance, people and culture, public policy, internal communications and other departments to grow market share, acquire and retain customers, expand into new geographies, understand customer sentiment and promote the company as an employer of choice. Position Overview This role can be based in our Denver, CO or Sterling, VA offices or can be based remotely within the United States. The Senior Director of Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand, Global is a pivotal role responsible for shaping, executing and scaling Vantage’s global talent attraction strategy. This individual will drive the development of innovative recruitment marketing programs and a compelling employer brand that resonates across diverse markets, from North America to EMEA and APAC, ensuring Vantage attracts, engages and retains top talent worldwide. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Senior Director of Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to align talent marketing initiatives with department, regional and global goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in related field required with at least three years in a global leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and scaling global employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience with employer brand measurement, analytics and reporting tools.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content creation and talent attraction platforms.
  • Ability to write original marketing copy and copyedit are essential; attention to detail is a must.
  • Knowledge of Associated Press (AP) Style is highly desired.
  • Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
  • Exhibit executive presence and confidence to regularly interact with leaders across the organization.
  • Travel required is expected to be 5 to 10%, generally traveling to other Vantage offices/data centers. Travel may increase over time as the business evolves.

  • Data center experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Vantage’s people and culture + talent acquisition teams to develop global and local opportunities and strategies related to the company’s recruiting goals, promoting Vantage as an employer of choice.
  • Integrate Vantage’s employee value proposition into campaigns to attract new team members and engage existing employees.
  • Be Vantage’s lead internal brand evangelist, championing our core values and purpose, partnering with the company’s people and culture and internal communications teams to drive a positive employee experience.
  • Develop, articulate and implement a unified global employer brand that reflects Vantage’s values, purpose and business priorities while adapting messaging to regional and cultural nuances.
  • Partner with internal recruiters to design, execute and oversee multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns (digital, social, events and partnerships) to drive awareness and consideration among target talent segments worldwide.
  • Leverage data, market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategy, optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
  • Own and refresh the careers portion of the Vantage corporate website.
  • Partner with talent acquisition, people and culture, and internal communications to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and candidate experience.
  • Champion employee advocacy programs, leveraging internal talent as brand ambassadors to amplify stories and experiences.
  • Produce content (blogs, videos, podcasts, etc.) to bring the employee brand to life.
  • Create an editorial calendar to drive employee engagement, in partnership with people and culture + internal communications, including social media posts.
