This is where you come in We’re hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the C-Suite’s strategic and administrative right hand. This is part operations lead, part chief-of-staff, and part air traffic controller. You’ll anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and keep the COO and CEO moving at speed. This role exists to ensure our Visionary Leader (CEO) and Business Operations Leader COO) remain focused on high-leverage activities — strategic growth, product innovation, and organizational health — while ensuring the “operating system” of their daily professional lives runs with complete reliability. You’ll be the COO and CEO’s force multiplier - running a tight operating system, keeping priorities on track, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Alongside that, you’ll jump in on select projects, help coordinate across teams, and keep momentum on the C-Suite’s top strategic initiatives. Note: This role is required to work in our Denver office 3 days per week.

Requirements

  • 3+ years supporting a senior executive, ideally in a high-growth or founder-led company.
  • Thrives in the pace - and occasional chaos - of scaling a startup; proactive and resourceful in solving problems.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong project management skills; able to own and prioritize both your portfolio and the C-Suite’s.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and absolute discretion in sensitive matters.
  • AI-curious and proactive about leveraging AI tools to increase speed, output quality, and efficiency across daily tasks and projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn; fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, and/or ClickUp.
  • Clear, confident communicator (written & verbal) with a design eye for presentations and materials.
  • Strong relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience supporting more than one executive at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor, proactively managing and protecting the C-Suite’s time and energy.
  • Keep the C-Suite aligned with strategic priorities and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Drive and quarterback special projects, coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a sounding board and thought partner for decisions, priorities, and communications.
  • Support the C-Suite and executive team operations by managing meetings, KPI reports, preparing for board meetings, and project management.
  • Track tasks, projects and deadlines via ClickUp.
  • Assist with vendor management - communications, contract management, deadline adherence, etc.
  • Own and optimize the C-Suite’s calendar, coordinating meetings, travel, and events.
  • Help plan and facilitate events such as board dinners, offsites, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Manage planning, expenses, communications, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Coordinate executive calendars as needed for meetings.
  • Draft, edit, and polish C-Suite communications, decks, and briefing docs to be clear, compelling, and on-brand.
  • Manage C-Suite tasks, email and LinkedIn - triaging and prioritizing to reduce noise.
  • Prepare agendas and pre-read materials for meetings.
  • Build strong relationships across the leadership team and the broader company.
  • Assist with company and people operations administrative tasks as needed to keep the business running smoothly.

  • Total Comp for this Role: $85,000-$107,000
  • This includes:
  • Base Salary: $79,000-$100,000
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 7.5% of your base salary if targets are hit
