  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system required.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and cash-flow data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Personal accountability for managing change, improving processes, and following through on commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven decision support through financial and operational analytics, applying corporate FP&A principles to treasury activities including cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital analysis.
  • Develop and maintain short- and mid-term cash flow forecasts, incorporating operational drivers and business initiatives to support informed business decisions.
  • Build and own dynamic financial and cash flow models that enhance visibility into liquidity, funding needs, and capital planning.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities to improve profitability, cash efficiency, and financial flexibility.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise, and actionable financial insights to executive leadership, including the CFO.
  • Monitor and report on key treasury metrics such as cash conversion cycle, liquidity ratios, forecast accuracy, and working capital performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and other corporate teams to align forecasts, financial results, and cash expectations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy, automation, and overall financial visibility.
  • Leverage advanced Excel and systems such as NetSuite, Power BI, or Tableau to streamline treasury workflows and strengthen decision support.
