The Senior Instructional Designer contributes the assessment of Operations learning needs through the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members. The Senior Instructional Designer has a strong knowledge and experience in Training Interventions and is responsible for performing specialized and project related duties within training. The person in this position works collaboratively at organizational and developmental levels to ensure that all training activities support the business goals. This role is based in Thief River Falls or Bloomington, Minnesota, and will require a minimum of two days per week in the office and be available for projects in the office as needed. Travel required, at times, domestically and internationally.
