The Senior Learning Design Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Learning Design Professional is responsible for analyzing learning needs, collaborating with subject matter experts, and developing instructional materials that support both new hires and current associates. Key duties include designing and developing course content, storyboards, scripts, manuals, and performance support materials. The role applies instructional design best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences using various delivery methods (instructor-led, e-learning, virtual, blended, etc.).
