Overview We are seeking an innovative Learning Experience Designer & Facilitator to support the end-to-end development of learning programs—from design through delivery and reinforcement. This role goes beyond traditional training approaches to create and facilitate visual, interactive, and behavior-focused learning solutions that drive measurable change across our organization. With a focus on enabling results and driving effective collaboration, this role spans leadership development, interpersonal and professional skills, and technical training. The ideal candidate is a highly self-directed creative professional who thrives in ambiguity, moves fluidly across project types, turns complexity into clarity, and takes pride in representing Joby Learning at its best. This is a hybrid role based primarily in an office environment, with occasional travel to other Joby sites for needs assessment and program delivery.
