We collaborate with internal and external partners to design payer strategies that deliver value to customers and the business. In this role, you’ll be the analytics engine behind these initiatives—turning data into insights that shape our future.
Requirements
- 5+ years in business or data analytics with strong technical skills (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Expertise in data collection, analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience managing projects and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience in billing, healthcare, legal, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in billing, healthcare, legal, or related area.
- 1 years' supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, actionable insights by mining and analyzing large datasets using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define data needs and support strategic business decisions.
- Lead projects that enhance data workflows and integrate advanced analytics tools, including AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and governance across Health & Wellness payer programs.
