TeleSolv Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Records Management Specialist to support government operations and enterprise records and information management initiatives in a high-volume, compliance-driven environment. This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to the Washington, DC area. The Senior Records Management Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Government’s mission by ensuring the effective lifecycle management of records across both electronic and analog environments. This role requires advanced knowledge of records management principles, strong technical accuracy, and the ability to independently execute complex assignments while leading projects and contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives. The Specialist will support records inventory, classification, digitization, and compliance efforts while ensuring adherence to federal regulations and best practices. This position supports a Government office responsible for maintaining and preserving records of varying sensitivity, including classified and controlled information, and ensuring compliance with federal records management laws and standards.
