MNTN is looking for a Senior Individual Contributor (IC) Social Media Buyer to own and scale our paid social program across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with a focus on driving high-quality B2B leads (demo requests and direct sign-ups). This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for someone who lives in Ads Manager and thrives on testing, iteration, and measurable impact. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day execution, creative iteration, and scaling of paid social campaigns, partnering closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to drive efficient customer acquisition.
