RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Conduct New Employee Orientation, New Management Orientation, and other onboarding sessions focused on agency operations, regulatory requirements, and software applications - Develop and update training curriculum, manual assessment tools, and materials in alignment with regulatory standards and best practices - Attain / maintain certifications or competencies for training in SCIP-R, CPR/First Aid, and OPWDD Choking Prevention Initiative - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for training programs and delivery methods. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Training.
