The Senior UKG WFM Timekeeping Analyst serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Timekeeping within the healthcare system. This role is responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of UKG Timekeeping solutions to ensure accurate pay, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across clinical and non-clinical departments. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise in UKG Timekeeping, strong healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational leaders. Job Description: Essential Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Support end-to-end implementation of UKG WFM Timekeeping, including system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization Translate healthcare labor policies, union agreements, and pay practices into scalable UKG Timekeeping configurations Configure and maintain pay rules, work rules, accruals, holidays, rounding, shift differentials, on-call, call-back, and premium pay Ensure accurate time capture for complex healthcare schedules (nursing, providers, ancillary services) Serve as Tier 2/3 support for UKG Timekeeping issues, including complex punches, pay rule exceptions, retro calculations, and interface errors . Partner closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing · Proactively identify root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions Support system upgrades, releases, and patches; assess impact and coordinate testing. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations (FLSA, state meal/rest laws, overtime, etc.). Support union contract compliance, including interpretation and system configuration. Assist with audits, pay corrections, and regulatory inquiries related to time and attendance. Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, Nursing Administration, Finance, and Operations leaders. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Provide guidance on best practices for timekeeping processes in a healthcare environment. Support integrations with Payroll, HR, Scheduling, and other downstream systems. Create and maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and standard operating procedures. Develop and deliver training for administrators, managers, and end users. Recommend and implement system and process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to WFM team maturity. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Payroll, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Licensure, Certification & Registration: Experience: · 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG WFM Timekeeping · Proven experience supporting or implementing timekeeping in a large, complex healthcare environment · Experience with large-scale implementations, system conversions, or acquisitions · Prior experience in a multi-hospital or multi-entity health system · Experience working with unionized workforces and collective bargaining agreements Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: · Strong understanding of payroll processes and wage & hour compliance · Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system solutions Pay Range: $110,000.00 USD - $140,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Requirements
