Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Knowledge of automotive service industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Manage appointment calendar and follow-up with customers
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding appointments
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians
