Service Desk Personnel
About The Position
Quality Staffing, Inc., also doing business as Goddard Mason Executive Search, a leading full-service employment agency matching qualified talent with some of the area's top companies, is looking for experienced Service Desk Personnel to work through our agency as a contract employee with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TN DOT) located in Nashville, TN. This is an on-site position working from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday for a total of 37.5 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is $28.50 per hour. Service Desk Personnel Job Duties and Responsibilities will include: Ability to handle a call volume of up to 30 calls per day. Printer Administration and Troubleshooting: Server print queue and local queues Active Directory Management: Ability to navigate different Ous Ability to look up attributes Ability to reset passwords and unlock accounts InTune Management included but not limited to two-factor authentication iOS Management, Support and Deployment Setting up new phones/iPads Resetting iTunes accounts Resetting network settings Backing Up/Restoring device data Video Conferencing: Cisco WebEx MS Teams Cisco Presence video solutions Network Troubleshooting: Internal vs external VPN LTE Wi-Fi Application Troubleshooting: Account permission Compatibility settings Browser vs installed Remote Support: MSRA RDP TEAMs WebEx Hardware Deployment Service Now: Ticket management Ticket assignment Minimum Skills and Requirements for Service Desk Personnel position: People/Customer Service Skills Required IT Call Center Experience Preferred MUST be able to lift at least 50 pounds MUST be local to Nashville, TN Benefits Include: Weekly Pay/Comparable Wages Major Medical Insurance Indemnity Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Term Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Interested?
