Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, service coordination, or office support experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Maps
  • Ability to build and maintain accurate tracking systems and reports

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ComputerEase or similar ERP/service management software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule service calls and dispatch technicians efficiently
  • Prepare and process invoices; collect and post customer payments
  • Support departmental collections efforts as needed
  • Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and managers to ensure jobs run smoothly
  • Maintain accurate records, tracking logs, and reporting documentation
  • Provide responsive customer service, resolving inquiries and supporting a positive customer experience
  • Assist with department administrative projects and operational initiatives
