Purpose of the Role The Shipping & Warehouse Manager oversees all inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and the usage of raw and recycled materials. This role ensures materials are available to support production efficiency, testing requirements, and quality expectations. Youll also guide and develop the shipping/warehouse team, identify system gaps, and lead continuous improvements.

Nice To Haves

Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or General Management
Preferred: 5+ years of Logistics Management experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); JD Edwards ERP experience is a plus
Demonstrated ability to build and implement new processes
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
