About The Position

EMS Solutions in Ogden, Utah is looking for a reliable, detail-driven Shipping & Packaging Associate who takes pride in getting orders out the door accurately, safely, and on time. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling preferred
- Comfort using computers and navigating systems (Outlook/Excel a plus)
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in accurate work
- Team-focused attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to coordinate tasks and communicate effectively
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience helpful - we'll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Prepare, package, and ship products with speed and accuracy
- Verify parts, quantities, and documentation before shipment
- Package items to ensure safe delivery - no surprises on arrival
- Create packing lists and generate UPS/FedEx shipping labels
- Update inventory in the MRP/ERP system
- Support team operations and jump in where needed
