About The Position

With its A.I.-powered robotic technology platform, Symbotic is changing the way consumer goods move through the supply chain. Intelligent software orchestrates advanced robots in a high-density, end-to-end system – reinventing warehouse automation for increased efficiency, speed and flexibility. At Symbotic, we support some of the world’s largest retail, wholesale, and food & beverage brands by reinventing the traditional warehouse with an end-to-end system, a fleet of fully autonomous robots, and AI-powered software. We are changing the way consumer goods move through the supply chain, and our teams support these services by increasing efficiency, speed, and flexibility. The Symbotic Site Operations SkillBridge Program is an authorized SkillBridge industry partner dedicated to supporting the successful transition of active-duty military personnel into civilian careers. This internship provides hands-on experience with the Symbotic system, training individuals on the roles required to run cutting-edge warehouse automation and robotics. This program is designed with a high probability of full-time employment upon successful completion. We aim to create a direct pathway to roles such as Maintenance Managers, Shift Managers, System Engineers, and General Managers at our sites across the U.S.
