About The Position

PALM Health is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Clinic Team. This role offers the opportunity to work across various areas within our medical practice, including IV, Triage, and providing flexible support where most needed. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of managing diverse clinical and administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless patient care. This is a full time, Monday through Friday role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing (required)
• Two years’ medical office experience (required); will consider other combinations of education and experience settings
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Proven experience in clinical nursing, preferably in a primary care or outpatient setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of IV protocols and laboratory procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical intake processes, including patient assessments and documentation
• Serve as a patient liaison, providing compassionate communication and support
• Coordinate patient care activities in collaboration with care teams and providers
• Manage telephone triage by answering calls from patients, pharmacies, and physicians, and directing inquiries appropriately
• Work alongside IV nurses to perform IV protocols and laboratory procedures
• Support care coordination efforts to optimize patient outcomes
• Perform any additional duties related to the medical practice as assigned
