About The Position

The Social Media & Brand Ambassador helps shape the image of our company. We at ModWash believe in creating a positive ripple effect. This is what the ModDrop stands for. The social media & Brand Ambassador is responsible for working with like-minded peers to elevate the company brand, as well as attracting guests and employees with enticing digital content via social media.

Requirements

Excellent communication and organizational skills
High Energy, attention to detail
Thorough understanding of social media management (Platforms to include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and potentially others)
Content creation skills that include photo editing and video creation
Strong ability to multitask
Strong autonomy in decision-making and personal judgement
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of Brand Management & social media growth
Minimum 25% travel is required to attend various marketing events, grand opening activities, and other shows as assigned to promote and support the company brand
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk may be required
Long periods of standing and engagement at company events
Ability to assist with setup of canopy tents or designated exhibits
Ability to lift 15 pounds if needed

Responsibilities

Create and implement strategies to grow brand presence and engagement across platforms
Write, design, and schedule posts including graphics, videos, and copy
Order Shoutouts Review Cards for both new and current store locations
Order/Make any Business cards virtual or in person for flyers needed in office
Coordinate donation requests and track these with social media and pricing
Manage company social media accounts by overseeing daily operations and interactions on all company profiles
Monitor social media trends by staying updated on the latest trends and incorporate them into strategies
Analyze performance metrics by tracking and reporting on key metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
Coordinate with marketing teams and other departments to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals
Run paid advertising campaigns by create and managing social media ads, including budget and targeting
Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends
Manage social media calendars to plan and organize content schedules to ensure consistent posting
Collaborate on content ideas to help develop engaging materials
Handle crisis management by addressing any negative feedback or issues that arise on social media
Update social media policies to ensure all social media activities comply with company policies and regulations
Respond to inquiries addressing customer questions, comments, and concerns promptly across all social media platforms
Monitor brand mentions to track mentions of the brand and engage with users to maintain a positive brand image
Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Help the operations team and other managers with events by attending and/or creating flyers and signage
Create press releases press releases that follow industry standards and include essential elements
Distribute press releases to targeted local media outlets, journalists, and influencers
Update website regarding coming soon and new store openings
Reach out to media contacts to follow up on press release distribution and offer additional information or interviews
Attend various marketing events, grand opening activities, and other shows as assigned to promote and support the company brand
Perform other related duties as assigned
