Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, digital communications, or a related field.
Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Desire to learn and grow within the social and digital marketing spaces, working effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and familiarity with social media management tools.

Responsibilities

Manage social media production for Celtic and our respective clients, ensuring consistency and quality, with the capacity to manage email and other digital production elements as needed.
Assist in the curation, creation, and scheduling of content for our clients’ social media channels, utilizing predefined templates.
Collaborate closely with the Social and Content team to develop and execute content plans that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
Perform administrative tasks to support the team, such as maintaining content calendars and organizing digital assets.
Use social media management tools to schedule posts, track engagement, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Assist in the design and layout of marketing emails using predefined templates and content direction from internal teams, ensuring they meet brand and client expectations.
Utilize analytics platforms to gather data and track key performance indicators, proactively identifying trends that impact Celtic and our clients’ digital presence.
Maintain and optimize analytics platforms as new trends and options emerge, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
Assist in the design and layout of marketing emails using predefined templates and content direction from internal teams, ensuring they meet brand and client expectations.
Review analytics from email and social media campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and communicate insights to relevant teams.
Be adaptable to support additional digital production needs, such as simple web updates, as required by the project flow.
Establish clear objectives and prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Regularly communicate project statuses and meet with the Director of Social & Content to discuss ongoing projects, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Continuously seek new efficiencies in workflow while maintaining attention to detail.
Display professional standards in all work and interactions, representing the agency positively.
Contribute to the department's profitability by meeting established performance expectations.
Adhere to company policies and actively contribute to the agency's culture of collaboration and excellence.
