About The Position

The Mobile Video and Analytics Department is seeking a technically adept individual to join our team as an Intern - Technician . In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product portfolio and customer networks, coordinating directly with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges.

Requirements

• All Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree program in a related field of study.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical incidents via ticketing systems and direct customer interaction to ensure product functionality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a customer advocate, maintaining critical relationships and communicating specific technical issues across internal departments.
• Knowledge Management: Proactively track unresolved issues and contribute to the internal Knowledge Base to improve future troubleshooting efficiency.
