About The Position

The Mobile Video and Analytics Department is seeking a technically adept individual to join our team as an Intern - Technician. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product portfolio and customer networks, coordinating directly with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges.

Requirements

  • All Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree program in a related field of study.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical incidents via ticketing systems and direct customer interaction to ensure product functionality.
  • Act as a customer advocate, maintaining critical relationships and communicating specific technical issues across internal departments.
  • Proactively track unresolved issues and contribute to the internal Knowledge Base to improve future troubleshooting efficiency.
  • Leverage previous experience in engineering or technical support, specifically focusing on extensive PC and networking troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills to translate complex technical issues for both customers and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary CJIS security clearances as required by specific agencies.
