About the Role In this role, you will be the bridge between customer challenges and business outcomes, acting as a trusted advisor who helps organizations navigate transformation with confidence. Partnering closely with Account Executives, you will shape opportunities and deliver engaging demonstrations that accelerate deals and strengthen customer trust. Requirements

  • The Experience: You have a proven track record in presales or technical consulting, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • The Mindset: You are action-oriented, comfortable with complexity, and bring a "constructive challenge" to customer conversations to ensure we are delivering real value.
  • The Tools: You are proficient in sales methodologies (like MEDDPICC) and are fluent in using AI and data tools to uncover insights, but you are always curious about learning what’s next.
  • The Communicator: You can translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders at all levels, building trust through transparent dialogue.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling, value-driven demonstrations that articulate Ardoq’s impact in solving specific customer challenges.
  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, design tailored solutions, and build strategies that increase win rates.
  • Quantify and communicate the ROI of Ardoq’s platform through data-driven storytelling and measurable business outcomes.
  • Help foster a high-performance culture built on mentorship, collective success, and the sharing of presales best practices.
  • Manage technical evaluations, ensuring clear success criteria and smooth progression through proof-of-value stages.
  • Translate multifaceted customer needs into actionable solutions that align with both business and technical objectives
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to share market insights that improve Ardoq’s ability to grow.
  • Use AI tools and pipeline insights to streamline your activity and enhance the relevance of your solution recommendations.
