Symbria is seeking a dedicated Full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our employee-owned team serving Waukesha Rehab & Nursing (Linden Grove) & St Anne's Salvatorian Campus in a SNF role in Waukesha, WI and Milwaukee, WI. Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.

Nice To Haves

• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans
• Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs
• Maintain productivity standards
• Complete required documentation
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes
• Act as a trusted partner to the community you serve
