The Employee Relations (ER) Specialist supports the employee relations function by helping deliver consistent, fair, and timely resolution of workplace concerns. This role partners with HR, managers, and employees to triage and manage ER inquiries, support investigations, maintain documentation, and reinforce workplace policies and expectations. In this role, you will receive and triage employee relations concerns, gather initial information, and document cases within a case management system. The ER Specialist also supports workplace investigations by coordinating interviews, organizing documentation, summarizing findings, and assisting with follow-up actions. Working under the guidance of senior ER team members, this role contributes to positive employee experiences and risk mitigation through structured, compliant, and data-driven processes. The position collaborates closely with HR partners and managers and involves handling sensitive and confidential workplace matters. The successful candidate is an organized HR professional who demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters. This person maintains strong documentation practices, manages multiple cases or tasks effectively, and pays close attention to detail. They communicate comfortably with employees and managers, remain calm and neutral in challenging situations, and approach workplace concerns with empathy while reinforcing policies and expectations. The ideal candidate collaborates well with HR partners and works effectively within structured processes.
