Empowers and inspires learners using adult learning principles; facilitates interactive sessions that yield clear, actionable takeaways for immediate workplace application. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Demonstrates understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles with a proven track record for creating and implementing successful learning and organization development solutions. Develops effective learning materials that can be leveraged by all different levels of team members, this includes professional development courses. Designs and develops cutting-edge learning initiatives using internal and external platforms to create comprehensive learning campaigns aimed at building internal capabilities. Consults with department leadership and other key stakeholders to conduct needs analysis at the individual, team, and organizational levels to uncover the learning and developmental needs of individual contributors, leaders, and teams. Develops and maintains Learning & Development dashboards and measurements to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate ROI. Applies process improvement methodologies to iterate existing programs and partners with Leadership and Professional Development Manager and other team members, in establishing new programs to support leader development across the organization. Ensures programs and courses align with ARC’s Focus, the ARC Experience, and the leadership core competencies. Anticipates and understands changing audience needs and business drivers adapting to meet those needs. Manages projects to ensure timelines, milestones and deliverables are met. Manages multiple projects related to company initiatives along with daily responsibilities. Coaches, mentors, and serves as a resource for leaders and future leaders. Facilitates team development by leveraging coaching and mentoring programs for leaders and teams. Provides direction and support to peers and other staff as needed. Conducts leadership development programs (face-to-face and virtual) for new leaders, leadership development, and enterprise-wide initiatives focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness. Actively seeks improvement opportunities and initiates and or proposes improvements related to quality. Maintains certifications as required for the position. Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct. Regular and dependable attendance. Follows the Team Member core competencies set forth by the Company, which are available for review on ARC SharePoint. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identifies internal and external learning resources and coordinates scheduling as needed. Conducts newly hired leader follow-ups as needed. Attends meetings, participates in workgroups and/or serves on committees as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
