About The Position

Peloton is looking for an innovative Senior Manager, Global Internal Communications to join Peloton’s Global Internal Communications team. Based in New York and reporting to the Vice President, Corporate and Internal Communications, you will help us grow, build, and drive internal communications across our company. This role is crucial in fostering a strong culture of collaboration, inclusion, and connectivity by engaging, informing and inspiring our global community of team members.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in communications, including a background in global internal communications
  • Experience advising and supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and build consensus during periods of change
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to develop and implement clear internal narratives
  • Proficiency in using modern tools, including generative AI, to enhance communication quality and efficiency
  • Strong writing and presentation skills with an ability to organize complex information for diverse audiences
  • Experience with content management systems or intranets and an eye for branding/design consistency
  • Solid project management skills with a focus on accountability and follow-through

  • Experience in public companies, consumer tech, or retail environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive a global approach to internal communications, setting strategic direction and narrative in collaboration with the executive team
  • Work with leadership to translate business priorities into clear, actionable communications that keep teams aligned
  • Oversee the strategy and management of internal platforms (e.g., Slack, intranet, email) to ensure team members stay informed; modernize existing platforms and implement new tools as needed
  • Produce agendas, content, and speaker lineups for internal events, including company-wide All Team meetings
  • Manage organizational change communications, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent strategies
  • Direct leadership in developing thoughtful internal communications during sensitive or critical situations
  • Act as a trusted resource and collaborator across all levels of the company, building consensus to achieve shared business objectives
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and report findings to leadership
  • Partner with the Inclusion & Impact team and ERGs to promote initiatives that foster engagement and belonging
