Your Opportunity, Your Team The Senior Manager, Internal Communications is a strategic communications business partner to our Corporate Functions -- People/HR, Finance, and Legal -- with a strong emphasis on team member experience and engagement. Reporting to the Director, Internal Communications, you will develop and execute communications strategies that connect our people to business priorities, serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leaders, and be a visible champion for the team member voice across the enterprise. If you're a sharp writer and a strategic thinker who believes internal communications is a business driver -- not a support function -- this role is for you. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters (Studio Park) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of internal communications experience, including change management communications
  • Outstanding writing skills across formats and audiences -- executive messaging, campaign copy, presentation scripts -- with a current pulse on best practices
  • Experience consulting with and advising senior and executive leaders
  • Established track record as a true business partner, with a proactive approach to connecting communications plans to business and People objectives
  • Experience with multimedia and visual storytelling formats (video, graphics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with internal and external social platforms
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, align, and earn trust across levels

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director, Internal Communications to develop and execute internal communications strategies that drive team member engagement and understanding of business priorities, including change communications, strategic initiatives, and leadership messaging across channels (email, intranet, meetings, video, and more).
  • Serve as the embedded communications partner for Corporate Functions (People/HR, Finance, Legal), providing proactive counsel and ad-hoc and crisis communications support as needed.
  • Build and execute People-led internal campaigns that drive awareness, understanding, and action for programs like performance reviews, learning and development, team member surveys, and recognition.
  • Build and execute business-critical internal communications strategies related to complex business needs including WIN Strategy, organizational structure, compensation programs and more.
  • Provide speech and presentation support to senior leadership on People initiatives and programs.
  • Be the voice of the team member -- bringing a team member lens to competing communication demands and ensuring messaging is clear, accessible, and connected to our company purpose and priorities.
