The Department of Public Health Sciences is currently seeking a full time Sr. Manager, Programs. The Senior Manager, Programs oversees the day-to-day administrative management of assigned program(s) within the department and works to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives. The incumbent operates with the goal of delivering high quality programs to the University faculty and staff and other key stakeholders. Furthermore, the Senior Manager, Programs serves as the liaison to leadership, faculty, students, and staff. The Sr. Manager, Programs, supports innovation in graduate education, regardless of modality, including residential, hybrid, and online programs. The Sr. Manager, Programs will (1) manage collaborations with partner(s), (2) guide operations involved in expanding, marketing, and branding of programs and contribute to strategic recruitment for, and enhancing deliver of, the GMS and other innovative training programs, and (3) assist the Associate Dean for Masters and Professional degree programs in writing proposals and summary reports for innovative educational degree and non-degree programs. These responsibilities require a detail-oriented and efficient individual with excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills. Attention to customer service and stakeholder engagement is required. The position reports to the Associate Dean for Master’s and Professional degree programs online MPH director, and GMS programs. The Sr. Manager, Programs, also provides administrative assistance, and performs report writing, scheduling, training in CIM for curriculum proposals, and internet searches.
