The Senior Meetings Manager is responsible for strengthening the meetings and travel program by overseeing meeting policy, procedures and compliance, while managing the meetings team members. This role provides strategic oversight of meeting logistics and technology services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards. The Senior Manager leads the development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), offers consultation and training on approved tools and services to drive policy compliance and positive stakeholder experience. Additionally, the role is accountable for leveraging organizational meeting spend to maximize value, secure cost savings, and enhance service offerings through strategic vendor partnerships. This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere within the U.S.
