Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, Master's preferred
- 1-5 Years Accounting experience
- Proven experience in accounting roles, with a focus on account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is essential.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex data.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to mentor others and contribute to team development.
Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Manage bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Utilize software for financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Assist in general ledger reconciliation and month-end closing processes.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on best practices.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
