We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and talented individual to join our team as the Studio Education Manager for our nationally recognized, cultural arts center in Washington, DC. This full-time, exempt position will bring support to our passion for building a sustainable community of artists, audiences, and students through high-quality performances, commissions, training, and educational programs. This is an on-site work opportunity with an annual salary range of $40,000 – $50,000 . POSITION OVERVIEW The Studio Education Manager holds exclusive responsibility for overseeing the Kids on the Move (KOM) and Adult class programs, the Artist Master Class series, and the Intergenerational Family classes. This role also plays a vital role in the expansion of Dance Place's KOM and Adult class offerings. Reporting to the Education Director, the Studio Education Manager is responsible for handling registrations and financial tracking, supervising the teaching staff, fostering communications with families, and overseeing the Spring Youth Performance Showcase.
