About The Position

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Maintain knowledge of all slot and table game procedures, as well as Title 31 requirements Ensure all surveillance equipment is fully operational at the start, during, and end of shift Maintain accurate logs and documentation Protect confidentiality of all casino and hotel information Report all incidents to Surveillance leadership promptly Communicate incidents to pit personnel via phone when necessary Uphold the business objectives, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment Operate CCTV systems to monitor casino activities and prepare reports Assist with training new Surveillance team members Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to complete a 90‑day surveillance training program
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and good personal hygiene
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to interface effectively with guests, coworkers, and management
Ability to obtain and maintain a Virginia Gaming License
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and as needed
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
Ability to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke
Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
Ability to process large amounts of information and take appropriate action
Requires dexterity and mobility throughout the shift
Use of office equipment and computers
Ongoing participation in games protection training

Nice To Haves

Some college preferred
One year of surveillance, security, or casino-related experience preferred
Knowledge of casino and hotel operations preferred
