Anchor QEA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a professional with recruiting or human resources experience who wants to grow their recruiting expertise while building strong operational capabilities. Requirements

  • 2-5 Years of experience in a recruiting or human resources administrative capacity
  • BA/ BS or equivalent experience
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Approachable and friendly presence
  • Proactive and strong communication skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Reporting
  • Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees within and outside the organization.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Willingness to solve problems and make suggestions for improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • BambooHR and Paychex experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks related to the recruiting process in the applicant tracking system, including posting positions, tracking candidate progress, and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones
  • Support candidate communications throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
  • Prepare and send offer letters and manage pre-employment documentation
  • Administer new hire paperwork, background checks, E-Verify, and I-9 verification
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including orientation scheduling and system access requests
  • Support recruiting inbox management and respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Assist with travel arrangements for candidates when needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including document management, record keeping, and compliance tracking
  • Assist with other recruiting-related tasks and special projects as needed
