About The Position

Smile Brands is a leading provider in the dental space, and we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to join our team. In this role, you will support the recruitment of key operational positions across our supported dental practices, such as Patient Care Coordinators (Front Office) and Dental Assistants, helping ensure our offices are staffed with talented team members who deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be able to make an immediate impact by building and engaging diverse talent pipelines while managing a high volume of requisitions across multiple locations. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues and operational leaders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies while delivering a strong and positive candidate experience. Success in this role requires strong full-cycle recruiting experience, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and an understanding of the unique staffing needs within the dental industry.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting Dental or Healthcare roles
  • Experience leveraging data insights to inform the recruiting strategy
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system to both maintain candidate workflows and track key metrics
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in difficult to fill markets
  • Experience operating as a strategic partner to the business and building consultative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to yield consistency in quality of hire through effective interviewing practices
  • Proven success meeting/exceeding recruiting metrics
  • A strong focus on diversity and inclusion

Responsibilities

  • Completes performance based hiring training and applies knowledge to the recruiting process, building a win-win hiring strategy
  • Learns all areas of our business and partners with hiring leaders and within talent acquisition to align recruiting strategy with business goals
  • Always operating as a strategic business partner, builds consultative relationships with operations leaders to ensure healthy candidate pipelines for future recruiting needs while filling current openings in a timely manner
  • Leverages data insights to inform recruiting strategy
  • Leads effective alignment meetings and leverages information gathered in the full recruiting strategy, including infusing the EVP into the talent attraction plan
  • Maintains consistency in quality of hire by partnering with operations to ensure a structured, timely, equitable, and effective interview process
  • Delivers a world class candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Ensures attainment of all hiring goals, including KPIs
