The Pond Guy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who enjoys recruiting across a wide variety of professional disciplines and collaborating closely with leaders to build strong teams. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization’s 14 unique departments. Success in this role requires curiosity about how different parts of a business operate, the ability to quickly understand new roles, and the confidence to guide hiring managers toward strong hiring decisions.
