About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are a trusted advisor to the business and a key driver of how Galaxy attracts and hires top talent. You go beyond executing searches - you partner strategically with hiring managers, influence hiring decisions, and continuously improve recruiting processes through data, insights, and thoughtful design. You bring a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments and know how to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience. You’re comfortable operating with autonomy, identifying gaps in how work gets done, and proactively improving how we scale our teams. If you’ve recruited in crypto before, you understand the pace, competitiveness, and nuance of the talent market and we’d love for you to bring that expertise here.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally supporting multiple functions in a high-growth or fast-paced environment (crypto or fintech experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to partner strategically with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience using data and metrics to guide recruiting decisions and improve processes
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and evolving business needs
  • Genuine curiosity about blockchain, crypto, and Web3
  • Excellent communication skills - clear, collaborative, and trusted by stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and functions, owning search strategy from intake through offer and close
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on role scoping, market dynamics, hiring plans, and interview best practices
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging data, market insights, and creative outreach to build diverse, high-quality pipelines
  • Drive continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve candidate experience, and increase hiring efficiency
  • Leverage recruiting data and metrics to inform decision-making, track progress, surface trends, and recommend improvements to hiring practices
  • Build strong, long-term candidate relationships, ensuring a transparent, engaging, and consistent experience throughout the process
  • Collaborate closely with the TA team and cross-functional partners to evolve recruiting programs, tools, and standards as the business grows
  • Serve as a Galaxy brand ambassador, clearly communicating our mission, culture, and value proposition to the talent market
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver strong candidate pipelines
  • Source, screen, and build relationships with candidates who are as passionate about crypto as we are
