We have a culture that encourages an entrepreneurial spirit We offer multiple opportunities for development and upward mobility What You’ll Do: The Talent Development Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end talent development strategy, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and workforce capability needs. This role oversees the development implementation, and measurement of talent development programs while providing leadership to consultants, specialists, and cross-functional teams. The manager acts as a strategic thought leader guiding decisions on learning priorities, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years Talent Learning and Development, HR, and Talent Management experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience developing long-term talent development strategies utilizing data and L&D best practices.
  • Experience implementing and executing Talent Development and Learning programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles such as ADDIE or SAM
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Experience with learning tools such as Articulate 360, Docebo, Vyond, Arist
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced Computer Skills including Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

  • Develops long-term Talent Development strategy for respective business lines in the organization
  • Oversees a talent development pod aligned to portions of the Wintrust business that includes Talent Development Consultants and Specialists
  • Engages with business stakeholders, including executives, regarding talent development program solutions, implementation and execution.
  • Utilizes data to make informed decisions regarding resources, prioritization, and effectiveness of learning solutions.
